etot texnicheskii rezultat zafiksirovan tolko v sovetskom futbole, v reestre matchev dinamo tbilisi tolko odna igra ( pervaia igra), tak chto, etot rezultat nepravilnii,

The club Dinamo Tbilisi was still in competition and was seeded to play with Dynamo Kyiv, but chose not. It could have finish the tournament which only would have given extra playing time to its players. Nonetheless... the Tbilisi did not appear for the game and thus received a technical loss whether it officially refused or passively. As one have mentioned before that the match is recorded only in the Soviet football. Well, it is the Soviet competition, therefore, just because Dinamo Tbilisi has a different record it means precisely nothing.
